Varrio

2026

A city-skyline wordmark and presentation system for Varrio.

Varrio is a conceptual streetwear brand that transforms the stories and visual identity of local businesses into contemporary clothing.

Created as my Final Degree Project, it explores how fashion can strengthen the connection between young people, their neighbourhoods and the businesses that bring them to life.

The creative process began by researching eight local businesses and interviewing three of their owners. Their stories, spaces, colours and personal references became the starting point for each design.

Rather than creating conventional merchandise, the aim was to translate the personality of each business into a streetwear piece with its own visual identity.

I developed the project from concept to prototype, defining the brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice and clothing designs.

The system was extended across a website prototype, social media content and a launch strategy, creating a cohesive brand experience even though Varrio did not reach the commercial production stage.
